    The invention relates to agriculture, namely to the use of known chemical compounds as plant growth regulators. The purpose of the invention is to increase the growth of regulatory activity through the use of 0- (4-nitrophenyl) -hydroxylamine, previously unknown as a plant growth regulator.
    Example. Experiments on tomato varieties Europcel were carried out using a Fisher block with 5 repetitions. The main areas had an area of 2 m (10 X 2 m), and one control (unprocessed area) was included in each repetition. The soil plots of clay, lime-silt.
